I dont get why the party feels the need to defend such a fringe group of their party because I am sure that their loss will be made up by gains made in grabbing more minority voters.

And the few black and minority republicans that do exist doesnt demonstrate the parties "diversity" at all. Nor should the party use these few people as some example that racists and bigots exist in the party.

Obama isnt the reason why blacks are majority Democrat. This stupid narrative is annoying as if before 2008 blacks were either not voting or just wandering around evenly voting for both parties. Republicans to me need to admit that this is a problem and act accordingly and I am sure that 90% who go all dem could go down to 80%-85% and in close elections, that means a lot.

But continue thinking there isnt a problem or that we are sheep, or that the 1-2 black republicans you can point to exemplify your diversity. Thats not going to get you anywhere especially considering the shifting demographics of the country in 10-20 years. [/quote]
