It was Juvaderm Voluma.  It never occurred to me that it was filler.  I went to my dentist initially and he referred me to an oral surgeon.  They typically biopsy any unusual bump that develops in your mouth.  Neither he nor I thought of filler as a possibility.  Perhaps if I had had fillers in my lip area, it would have occurred to me but I never thought fillers from my cheek area would migrate like this.

Voluma is one of the longest lasting and most difficult to dissolve fillers. What you’re seeing in the jowl area is almost certainly migrated filler. I’d get a skilled provider to do an ultrasound guided dissolving, then get a facelift if you want. [/quote]
