Key takeaway - They need a modern Contracts management system, process, and better Audit/Control process.  They should look for a better General Counsel or attorneys than who helped with the EV Bus contract.   They need better internal training and compliance procedures.

Based on the Financial Mgmt committee meeting they are putting into place a better Contract Mgmt system.  It's supposed to be in testing soon.  Don't know when it will come online because they need better Project/Program management.[/quote]
