Conservatives are not about labor rights. They are about INDIVIDUAL rights. Surprised you haven't got this. It's pretty basic. You know... nation of laws, not of men. Separation of Powers, Equal Protection, Private Property Rights, Due Process, Federalism, etc. Liberals are all about state power over individuals. Conservatives are all about individual power over the state and not letting it get out of control, like it has today. BTW, very few people were anti-vaccine until they started pushing mRNA vaccines rather than conventional recombinant and conjugate vaccines. You're probably of this mondset that "newer is always better". Well, it isn't, especially when you're injecting things into people. Got it? Finally, when I see MANDATES, I immediately want to fight them. If things are good, they'll sell themselves. If you have to have a bureaucrat standing over me, forcing me or threatening my livelihood to get what you want, then you have a fight on your hands. That's where democrats fail. They lecture and cajole, but when people say no, then they move to coercion to get their way.
So would you say autonomy over one's body is something conservatives would fight to enshrine into law??
NP here - and a woman. Abortion is not solely an issue of autonomy over one's body because it also involves killing your offspring. As much as you seem to want it to be, it's not an apples-to-apples comparison.
Nope. Really is that simple
You are either disingenuous or obtuse. Abortion is not a "my body, my choice" situation like vaccine mandates. Abortion involves two bodies, so abortion is favoring the convenience of one body over the actual life of the other, hence why many are against abortion. Now, with that said, I could see how some view vaccines the same way, so in that sense, maybe they are related, but not in the way you would suggest.
The bolded is your opinion. If you believe then don't have an abortion. You don't have the right to impose your opinion on to others.
