OP, you have a teacher. There are classrooms nationwide taught by long term subs because of the teaching shortage. You don’t know why the teacher is wearing a mask. Perhaps she recently underwent radiation and chemo, like one of the teachers I work with who wears a mask. The students are far more resilient than the parents are. I suspect the students don’t care. (That’s how it was during Covid, too. The parents who shouted the loudest about masks had children who were not bothered by them at all.)[/quote]
