I don't have pain but I'm "willing to pay out of pocket" for oxy. Wonder if a doctor will prescribe? I don't have ADHD, but I'm willing to pay out of pocket for Adderall -- I wonder if I can get one of the "online stores" to prescribe.

This is an absurd comparison.  Semaglutide is a GLP-1 agonist (in other words, it stimulates your body to produce a hormone), not an opiate or amphetamine.  It also has nice side effects that can benefit a broad population.  [/quote]
