That's within the state law.[/quote] Md. Code, Land Use ยง 20-509 only applies to land zoned for single-family residential use. But the proposed zoning changes would allow additional residential land use, so the land would no longer be zoned for single-family residential use. I am not a lawyer. [/quote]
