+1  You have the DC Department of Buildings Director who was holding down 2 other jobs (1 full-time) and got a slap on the wrist even though she was barely working 1/3 of her required schedule for years.  Did DC go after her? No.  The amount of waste of tax dollars is mind boggling.[/quote]
