Fall decor is actually worth the investment if you buy tasteful items that could last September-Thanksgiving. I bought several velvet pumpkins that I bought years ago that I arrange in bowls in the living room and dining room. They're in a variety of colors that match my decor, not just orange, so not Halloween-ish. Also have some mercury glass pumpkins too. A fall themed doormat could last September-Thanksgiving too. Same with mums and other fall colored florals for outside and inside too. I like the ideas above regarding fall candles and hand soap too. In October we usually go to a pumpkin patch and get real pumpkins for outside and I throw on a Halloween wreath for the month.
I died.
Umm, what's wrong with this? Christmas decor can stay up for a month. Easter maybe a week if you do anything. Valentine's Day if you have little kids, maybe 2 weeks. Fall decor can generally last the season.
