And the positive person goes to school and passes Covid along to others. Some of those people get sick and stay home. And then we all get a lecture on attendance and absenteeism and APS has zero self awareness (zero!) that they are causing it.

It’s endemic. Like the flu.  We’re not going back to quarantines and masks.  It’s not longer novel, we have vaccines, and it gets treated like every other virus. [/quote]

this doesn't mean we can't try not to spread illness. you know, to protect those who are more vulnerable and to keep everyone health and in school. i don't get your pro illness agenda. [/quote]

We have 3 kids. It can take several
Weeks for a virus to make its way through our household.  If we quarantined and masked for every virus,  my kids would be chronically absent and masked when they were there.  24 hours fever free worked for before the pandemic and it works for us now. [/quote]
