Most people around here have sour grapes because it is tremendously difficult to make it to the NE regional team, the have room for 4 kids max rom here. So, undoubtably, USNT scouts do look at ODP kids who do make the national selection. For every 100 ECNL players, only 4 might make the regional team. And about 1 out of 200 ECNL players might make the national ODP team. It's a feather in soccer player's cap... its just too hard to bank on it though. [/quote]
