There's no really good metric. Some power teams have just two keepers, then there's a school like Duke that has FOUR keepers every year. VT has four this year, which is abnormal, but three are graduating or finished after this season. Our best guess is that some schools will want 2-3, so there could be years when they have fresh/sophs they skip keepers for 7 field players, as an example. Doesn't have to be a hard seven of course, just mathematically it makes sense to be even as best you can.[/quote]

My player went to an ID camp where the coach actually said they made the decision to not recruit any new goalies for 25 or 26  (this was right after announcement so hard to know if connected) . They already had 3…[/quote]
