DUI isn't one of those.

Drinking and racking up DUIs are two different things. Responsible adults drink at the right time and right place without getting a DUI. Irresponsible adults who drink and drive risk their life and the lives of others.

No one has this information, not even MCPS since they don't require self-reporting of that. I have an inkling, however, since I've represented more than a handful in DUI cases.[/quote]
