If this lot had potential, one of the many developers that have operated in Arlington for years would have bought it. You know the developers that work closely with the County and have been through countless permitting processes. The people who know that lots need to be graded - that you can’t just throw 36 units up on a hill. But these developers wouldn’t even touch it for 2.5 million. The people who bought it are delusional and completely out of their element trying to sell this parcel. No one wants it. And they are such two bit players they can’t front the money to develop it themselves. I can’t wait to see how this plays out.[/quote]
