If you can’t I’d a problem you are part of the problem. My absent minded, workaholic spouse hates advocating or talking with people. He got the rental car on vacation in the Caribbean and “didn’t notice” it could barely drive, turn, brake, respond. All three other families asked why he didn’t immediately return it for another one. He has no response. Another day booked us a rental elsewhere, near the hotel and sent my spouse to return the junker and get his money back. Took him all day but he did.
