[/quote] Correct they won't tell you the other kid's punishment, but OP doesn't need to know that. OP needs to know what they're going to do to keep her kid SAFE. She deserves to know what procedures exist or will be put in place, and what her kid should do next time (From the school's perspective, obviously i'd allow my kid to knee the kid in the groin). This will all help her paper trail that she said she's keeping. [/quote]
