There are a number of owners who bought their cars before Musk alienated them and they are torn between cars they love and Musk. Some rationalize keeping and even buying new Teslas because they like the cars. Tesla maintains a huge advantage when it comes to its charging network and, in some cases, that is enough to cause drivers to put aside their anti-Musk feelings. Others won't consider another Tesla once their leases end or they sell their current cars. Almost all EV manufacturers in the US are seeing increased sales except Tesla. So it is pretty clear that Musk has had a negative impact on sales.
