I was reading that it's a rite of passage when you're fast enough that you get to wear "buns" in college. Yes they can choose to wear what they want, but teenagers and young women are a compliant lot, often wanting to do and wear the same thing. Long shorts seem to work for Noah Lyles, so it's not a matter of speed. Just to prove my credentials as a fuddy duddy, I really hate see-through dresses on the red carpet too.[/quote]
