+1 Those are terrible hours unless you have a live-in nanny.  That the OP is there in the house doesn't make a difference--the person still has to work (and most nannies would prefer a situation where their employer isn't hovering around the whole time).

+2 How is that part-time?  That's 7 hours a day (non-continuous ones--so this will be super-unattractive unless you find someone who lives really nearby) plus 8 hours on weekend.  In fact you will owe overtime if you hire only one person.  I suspect you would need to find 3 separate people (which will not be fun, because one of them will constantly be quitting because they find someone better).[/quote]
