Someone has to take the time to contact you and offer you a MiFi device, and if you say no to it, then the entire class will not be assigned any homework or provided the opportunity to do anything online at home (my kids have used their school devices to conduct personal research on WorldBook, practice ReflexMath or Lexia at home, on their own, not forced by anyone).
