The much faster Level 2 charger you can definitely buy as an add-on with the car, but usually it's cheaper if you buy it separately. But you need to run a 240 line to the charger, and that is the biggest expense, generally. The reason they don't include a level 2 charger with the car is because they are expensive, and because not everyone needs it. You maybe already have a charger, or not need a fast charger at home, etc [/quote]
