And then also likely skip brunch the next day because I have kids and a job and a spouse and also like getting alone time -- who has the bandwidth to spend 8 hours on a weekend with a girlfriend. I have a hard time believing moms are doing this. DH has no issue flying solo with the kids so I can go to dinner or a concert with friends and would happily do the occasional weekend while I went away but if I was regularly sleeping over at friends house and not getting home until the afternoon he'd be super annoyed. And I'd feel the same if he was doing this all the time too. Weekends are when we reconnect as a family.[/quote]
