[/quote] I think there are people who had/have other gastric issues combined with gallstones and that gets conflated with post gall bladder surgery issues. Most of the time this surgery has no dietary complications after the fact. Sorry to those that do, I'm guessing there were issues beyond the usual before surgery and gastric problems are pretty depressing. [/quote]
