When my stomach is legit growling at night I can’t sleep because the hunger pains hurt and keep me up. I eat a few crackers and it goes away. If that destroys my weight loss plans, well then , so be it
I don’t understand how the average American is getting “hunger pains” while they’re in bed. I’m almost 40 and while I’ve had my stomach growl from hunger I don’t think I’ve ever had a “hunger pain.”
When my first was a newborn I’d literally forget to eat all day. Then I’d be in bed trying to fall asleep, exhausted, and I couldn’t because I was having stabbing pains in my stomach. I’d get up, eat half a sandwich, and then go pass out. It was hunger pain.
