Our CEO's EA is at 130k + bonus and stock. She works all the time and takes a lot of heat when the CEO is frustrated (even if it's not her fault). She only supports one person, but it's still more than a full time job. 100% in office for 45-50 hours a week, then nights and weekends at home.[/quote]
