We said 2nd semester had to show vast improvement or sophomore year would be at community college (credits would transfer back). They got it together, but still had a hard time getting GPA to fully recover. I would have a semester GPA goals to allow for a few hard classes. 3.0 for next semester, then 3.5 with proof of taking advantage of study help if not going to make the gpa goal. [/quote]
