The money is in her campaign fund, it's being spent. If the FEC ever does anything it won't be until after the election. Most likely outcome, a 3-3 vote, vote fails, no action taken.[/quote]

None of this matters. File the lawsuit in Waco. Trump judge issues nationwide injunction against spending the money. Fifth Circuit affirms, SCOTUS takes its time deliberating while leaving the injunction in place. Harris goes bankrupt. Trump wins.[/quote]

Forbes is wrong. The courts can do anything they want as quickly as they want. So they can quickly issue the emergency injunction freezing the money. The courts can then leave it in place while they drag their feet on the substantive issue of whether Harris can use the money. Winning![/quote]
