My 60yr old brother and 87 yr old dad still do core exercises and they tell me if they stop doing them for a while- it really impacts their lower back. Both played football. My dad walks with a walker and has Parkinson's. They are not strenuous exercises. Like many things, you just need to set aside the time.. [/quote]
