[/quote] yikes, not a doctor, and some of those suggestions like milk and molasses will make your dentist's hair stand on end... but the bottom line is you know what healthy food is, and if it's something you feel good with your kid eating during the day, let them have it at night. some people think veggies have too much fiber, but also you will not find a doctor who will tell you that your kids should eat less veggies—if they're willing to eat it, especially anything green, at any time, day or night, they should.
