I'm not going to get paid maternity leave and my schedule will change after training (which is 6 weeks) so it's possible I can schedule appointments in the mornings. Most likely I will start later in the day and work through the evening. It's also totally possible they are planning to lay people off after open enrollment. I don't think company policy gives paid maternity leave until you have been employed for 1 year. They haven't given any information about maternity leave and I don't feel comfortable asking. The only contact I have right now is my manager. [/quote]
