18:58 from yesterday here.  I think I got CML upset because I mentioned that some other Kettler Brothers developments in Fairfax County are in different school pyramids than Potomac Hills and somewhat more affordable.  In part, that's due to the schools, but it's also a function of proximity to DC.  It wasn't intended as an insult to Marshall or Stuart, which are good schools.  But I think CML took it that way and started spamming the thread with multiple posts about what she claimed not to like about the Potomac Hills house.

For the OP's sake, let's not get into another flame war about which schools are "on par" with others.  Lots of good schools around here.  The OP hasn't said whether she has kids or, if she does, whether she plans to send them to public or private school.   [/quote]
