I could only lay on my left side and if I suddenly moved on my back or right side, it would feel like the bed was spinning violently. The epley maneuver helps but going through it is awful at first. It took me two weeks to start to move past it. During that time, I couldn't sleep on my right side, tilt my head that way, etc. There are good physical therapists out there that specialize in vertigo treatment.[/quote]
