The law is "speed of traffic" -- not the speed limit. It's relative. If someone is coming up faster than you in the left lane of any multi lane, you move over. Hell, you should move over as soon as you see them approaching, if you're a responsible driver who's checking their mirrors every 2-3 seconds. The law is "slowER than the speed of traffic" traffic keep right. Not "slower than the speed limit, keep right." It was written that way deliberately, and for a reason. [/quote]
