[/quote] I'm not saying there hasn't been a drop in average student quality but that is just on average. The biggest drops are at the bottom of the class. The top 20-30% of kids there would probably still have gotten in under a merit based system. I'm not saying that they are all smart but when 70% of the kids have high GPAs from schools that are sending more than the minimum number of kids to TJ, a lot of[/quote]
