I like Cozi.
+1 for Cozi. Easy to access on phones or laptops. We also keep our weekly meal plan and a running grocery list in there as well.
+2 Still have a paper calendar for “the big picture” but Cozi works for the day-to-day. We especially like the list feature and the easy color coding for individual family members. At least once a year they’ll run a sale on the paid version but “free” works well too.
I'm this PP....but we've changed from Cozi. The "free" version is going to only show 30 days worth (definitely not enough time to plan ahead). We've transitioned over to Apple's Remind/Calendar. It's a little data intensive (for those watching their data usage) and if you run out of cloud space you can't update but we're making it work. Kinda miss the ability to color code who the activity is for. Tried having our own individual calendars and shared with family members but it was generally too confusing so now we just roll with "(Mom)" or "(DC1)" appended to the event title if it's not obvious. I do really like the travel time option as well as it picking up an address from your contact list. Pretty soon both DCs will be gone from the nest and none of it'll matter. Amazing, though, we all still consult the paper version hanging on the fridge. It still only holds the "big picture" stuff but it's worthwhile if for nothing else to see how "far" in the future something really is. It's way too easy to just scroll on down. It also gives plausible deniability -- "I gotta check the family calendar at home" -- when put on the spot to do/attend something. :p
