[/quote] Intense Pulsed Light. It's a laser that targets small capillaries to reduce redness. It also will target hyperpigmentation like melasma or sun damage to even out the complexion. I don't have the latter two but have found it to be effective for redness. I also have topicals for rosacea, but this really seems to work better, or at least great in conjuction with the topicals. No one would think I have rosacea at all just looking at me.[/quote]
