It doesn’t matter whether I’m driving in VA, DC, or MD. 9/10 times I am cut off or see someone speeding and weaving their way through traffic, it is a car with Maryland tags. It’s uncanny.
What's uncanny is your bias. I see plenty of bad VA and DC drivers. Heck my car was totaled by a DC driver when it was parked and we were sleeping. The DC driver was drunk and hit my car so hard it got turned around and placed in the middle of the street. And yet, I am not a child so I do not blame "ALL DC DRIVERS"
