This is the Maryland attitude. It's all about challenging and winning. It's such small-dick thinking really. I swear there are micro-penis men there who would rather hit you than yield, no matter who is wrong. There's no attitude of "wow let's just be defensive drivers, all of us". Can't let anyone else "win".
