Girl, he doesn't care. You think he had all these kids because he wants to nurture them?

He wants to literal breed people with a specific set of traits (intellect, able-bodiedness, etc). He got one of his executives pregnant, through mutual agreement, because he decided she was smart and he thinks smart people should have babies.

His execs talk about him glowingly like they're following a cult leader.
