I really think a lot of stylist rely too much on toner and that is probably part of it. The other issue is placement of the highlights that look very uniform and not beachy/sunkisssed.[/quote] I'll give you great hairstylists. I have one in Ottawa, Canada, and one in Bethesda. Which place is closer to you? Keep in mind that they will have to charge you for color correction.[/quote]
