Margaritas and palomas are my favorite, but I add seltzer when serving to cut the sweetness. Also wine sprizters are awesome (don't know why they ever got a bad name). 1/2 glass of a crisp white wine with 1/2 a glass of seltzer and lots of ice. I also like prosecco, a glug of very sweet juice (like mango) and seltzer.[/quote]
