And I hope the supervisors put one in place this year. And, to the people who are saying I don’t want raises for teachers, you obviously didn’t read my post. I want more raises for teachers and others in schools and less for non-school based employees. I also want more raises for positions where we have more shortages, such as special ed. When resources are limited, I think we need to target raises to the positions that directly help our students the most. I think its irresponsible that Reid and most of the board didn’t look into it.[/quote]
