No it's not.

As a 62 year old female who is only 4' 10" with genetics like crazy for diabetes losing weight is not just not eating and exercise.
That does not move the needle.

I just tried metformin it made me very sick so I stopped. But I am 40 lbs over weight and i have tried everything nothing works. It sucks. I know others are struggling way more than 40 lbs so I should not complain.

My doctor would not prescribe ozempric and I am miserable.

I'm sorry. I'm struggling too, at 53 having had psych meds destroy my metabolism. Before them, I was a model and didn't weigh enough to give blood, now I'm obese and on Wegovy. Sorry your doc wouldn't prescribe it for you -- at that height being 40lbs overweight I would think another doctor would prescribe for you. You might look into it. I've only been on it two weeks, but I'm already down 6lbs. It's not a walk in the park though.[/quote]
