As an fyi, Miami received over 56,000 applications this cycle for roughly 8,000 admits (so call it 15% admit rate). Would expect over 60,000 next cycle.

We toured Miami and a couple students mentioned the similarities of vibes to USC, focus on the arts, proximity to a city scene. Not a lot of schools quite like that with strong academics to boot. I will say I have never been on a campus like that in my life.[/quote]
