I'm a ref. I saw one ref evaluator out there, but he was specifically looking at the youngster on the crew. I did ask for some feedback.

To answer another question -- the upper age groups had three refs. U-11 did not, though they sometimes add them for playoff rounds. Not sure about U-12.

I haaaaate doing U-11 and U-12 without ARs. The parents have a better view of the sidelines and often the imaginary line for offside, and they're not shy about letting you know it. If I was the Flash, I could get to the line and see for myself. I'm not the Flash.[/quote]
