He might be sentenced to jail time, but it's highly unlikely he will actually serve any jail time. With a drawn-out appeals process, by the time all is said and done he'll either be president again (and therefore not subject to imprisonment) or nature will have taken its course.[/quote]

He'd be a first-time offender and not considered a flight risk. That's what they'll say out loud anyway. The elephant in the room is the fact that he's a former president running for another term, with followers who are known to commit heinous crimes on his behalf.[/quote]

First time offender is irrelevant.  The factors a court considers are flight risk/safety of community, and likelihood of success on appeal.  He’s not a flight risk, but he is a danger and [b]he has no good appellate arguments.[/b]  Navarro is in jail while he appeals too because his appeal is stupid.[/quote]

This comment is simply laughable.  
There are more appellate arguments than there is evidence of a crime.

Threatening jurors and witnesses, sending mobs to attack congress, egging on his insane supporters to kill protesters.  So many examples.  I’m sure he has many appellate arguments, but they aren’t good ones.  I’m sure you thought Navarros arguments were great too.[/quote]

He did none of what you are claiming.  
His appellate arguments are too numerous to list.  Every day of the trial brought up several.  
TBH - this judge should lose his job after this trial.  It has been THAT bad.  [/quote]
