The defense has dozens of grounds it can raise for an appeal. They simply want a conviction BEFORE the election so Joe can run on that. Hopefully, the jury was paying attention and will listen closely to the closing argument of the defense. There was not crime and IF the jury thinks there was - the guilty party is Cohen. [/quote]
