FCPS teachers let that office know of their availability to tutor and it is (in theory) kept up to date. You can then search through to see who is in your locality, focus, etc. Given how close it is to the end of the year, it might be easier to go to a specialty center now (e.g., Kumon, Principia) where you can pay for 1-on-1 services.
