Toothless contract. Even for an adult, NDA is effective only with threat of financial loss. [/quote] At a minimum, it's unethical for test prep centers to ask the kids to share the questions and then to distribute to others. It was enough of a problem that they had to revamp the admissions process. Again. [/quote]
