It seems like you are overall frustrated with the school’s approach. Is your daughter happy there? What grade is she? How many years do you have left? Is it worth switching? If your kid is happy and the lack of recognition isn’t bothering her, or if you’re near the end of your time at the school anyway, maybe let it ride. If she’s unhappy or there’s still a long way to go, you might consider changing schools. It sounds like the school’s culture and approach to awarding academic success might not be a good fit.
